Maple's COckapoo Puppies
Final Photo Shoot, December 1
Today's photo shoot is bitttersweet!
As we enter the final week of having Maple's Cockapoo puppies as part of our family, we reflect back on all the firsts we've been able to positively expose our pups to and the milestones reached - each one amazing in it's own way:
💙 Learning to walk...beginning wobbles.
❤️ Eyes opening, looking into ours.
💙 Ears opening, hearing our voices.
❤️ Meeting new people, watching their tags wag with excitement
💙 Voices being found and communicating.
❤️ Adventures outside - nature is pretty fun.
💙 Personalities developing - playful, silly, independent explorers, lap lovers, etc.
We are thankful for the wonderful families who these pups will be making their fur-ever home with and know they're going to LOVE them just as much as we do!

five weeks, november 16
Maple's Cockapoo puppies are 5 weeks today. We will be meeting their fur-ever families next weekend, and we here at CHC can't wait.
At 5 weeks we continue daily handling excercises, noise exposure and exposure activities.
During exposure activities the pups have been enjoying learning about the world around them through all their senses - sight (new room, inside/outside, people), sound (exposure tracks, daily household activities ie. vacuuming - loading and unloading the dishwasher, doorbells, etc), smell (grasses outside, different people, varied treats, new rooms in our home, daily meals cooked) and feel (varied tactile experiences - grass, cement, pavement, LVP, carpet, dog beds).
We work slowly - with our goal to keep all activities positive and fun! Puppies continue to learn problem solving and startle response/recovery. Our response if they startle is to encourage them with praise to continue! And by all the wagging tails, I think they are doing wonderfully!

Little overachievers, October 26
Maple's Tropical Fruits Cockapoo puppies turned 2 weeks yesterday!
2 weeks marks the milestone for eyes and ears to open - however, these little overachievers at the beginning of the week (Guava leading the pack on 10/21 and the rest of the litter the following day).
It is heartmelting when they can look into your eyes and when you know they can hear your "I love you, hello sweet puppy" whispers.
